Business Environments Ltd commenced trading in 1985 as a supplier of office furniture.

Market pressures induced us to re-invent ourselves, by 2003 we had become a full-service office interiors operation offering the services detailed below.

Project Management

Competent Project Managers are vital, they are a single point of contact throughout the project and are responsible for co-ordinating the necessary disciplines. With the client, they will agree the schedules of works and financial targets to ensure completion is delivered on time and on budget.

Building Appraisals

Should you need to relocate, we can help.  We will assess the merits of the short-listed properties submitted by the agent in terms of occupancy and growth potential. If required we will generate draft layouts and establish how the interior architecture, space and services will best serve the client.

Space Planning & Design

The skills associated with the planning & design of a commercial office interiors are often underestimated, possession of a CAD system will not compensate for an inexperienced planner. Members of our team have worked alongside renowned architects on some of the UK’s most prestigious projects.

Relocation & Move Management

Whether it be a small internal move of an individual or a major relocation, it would have our full attention, we can manage the entire programme on behalf of our clients.

Interior Surveys

Having found a suitable facility, we will generate detailed and accurate interior profiles showing all aspects of interior architecture,  with electrical, networking, and wet services.

Fit-out, refurbishment & dilapidations

We have a reputation for “on time and on budget” performance that induces our clients to come back to us time after time. We recognize that office space is expensive, as a consequence we assume a responsibility to provide products that maximize usable space in order to minimize rental costs whilst creating the ambiance our clients are seeking. We will supply and install products from our comprehensive portfolio comprising, where possible, sustainable materials from responsible sources.

The Building Regulations and CDM considerations can be daunting to the uninitiated, we are happy to liaise with the local Authority and Health & Safety Executive on all matters relating to our clients office refurbishment project.
